CAPP1

On Monday 1 September 2003, Anne Costales, the BBC's Regional Health Correspondent, produced an article for the regional news, which featured one of our Newcastle recruits, as well as Prof. John Burn, our Project Leader, who explained what taking starch and aspirin could mean to those who had been randomised to the CAPP1 study. Recruitment to CAPP1 has now closed,  and we hope to publish the results in the near future. Thank you to everyone who provided recruits for this study.
