Living with CAPP

Being involved in the CAPP2 study means a commitment to taking 2 daily aspirin and starch sachets. It can take a few weeks to incorporate this change into your daily diet, but take it slowly and it can be achieved very easily.

There is growing evidence that increasing fruit, vegetables and fibre in your diet can reduce the risk of some cancers. A high fibre diet is recognised as reducing the risk of constipation, irritable bowel syndrome and for combating bowel cancer.
